The 11kw unit will raise the temperature of 450 gallons of water 10 degrees Fahrenheit in one hour. Connects to 240 volts. The 5.5KW requires a 30 amp breaker. The 11KW requires a 60 amp breaker.

Hayward has developed a new induced draft heater for above-ground pools and spas that combines state-of-the-art technology with ease of operation and superior performance.

Featuring an electronic, direct spark ignition system and an energy-efficient FireTile® lined combustion chamber, the Hayward heater provides 100,000 BTU input, while delivering 81% thermal efficiency and quick heating.

An integral induced draft system makes this heater completely impervious to any high wind situations. A one-piece copper header/heat exchanger provides for leak-free performance. And a simple plug-in 120 volt electric cord is provided for simple installation.

Our high performance Min Max 100 is a compact lightweight pool and spa heater that delivers 100,000 BTU of heating power. Lightweight, efficient and easy to install, this unit features a simple and precise temperature control. The heater can be connected to both a 1-1/2” schedule 40 CPVC or ABS pipe and features quiet and dependable operation.

Since it does not require electrical hook up, it is easy to install by the do-it-yourselfer. Its compact design fits in many applications (outdoor only). Backed by a 1-Year Warranty.

We offer the MiniMax® in 2 models: the pilot ( millivolt ) model that does not require an electrical connection, and a pilot-less ( electronic ignition ) model that includes a 6-ft. cord and requires electricity at the heater. Both models are available with natural gas or propane. Installs to 3,500 ft. altitude. Dimensions: Width - 19 11/32", depth - 15 1/2", height - 25 1/2"

Patented Econotherm Heat Exchanger. Your VERSA is equipped with a unique all copper fin tube heat exchanger, designed for efficient heater performance. Both header castings are made of porcelainized cast iron, for durability and resistance to corrosion. Two-Year Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. In addition, every VERSA is thoroughly tested in simulated field conditions before shipment.
Advanced Unitherm Plus Full-Flow System. Condensation-free operation is assured even with low temperature inlet water. Both water temperature and flow rate inside the heater are controlled to eliminate condensation, sooting and scale buildup that can shorten heater life. More hot water moves through faster, and more efficiently.

The 105,000 BTU models come standard with outdoor tops. The 55,000 BTU and 155,000 BTU models do not come with tops, they need to be ordered separately. The 55,000 BTU's have bronze headers and requires metal heat sinks. The 105's and 155's have cast iron headers. The millivolt ( standing pilot light ) natural gas heaters are not available in California.
