Shipping limits:

We ship mainly with U.P.S. Product purchased can take 6 days to arrive in the eastern U.S. Sometimes delays can happen if product is out of stock or U.P.S. is late in their deliveries.

Customer guarantee:

Bargain Pool Supplies will usually ship purchased product within 1 business days of receiving your order. UPS or other carriers will deliver your purchase usually within 1 to 6 business days after date of shipment, depending on where you live. Most items are shipped from California. Some bigger items are shipped from other points across the country that would be closer to your location. All items purchased with Bargain Pool Supplies are guaranteed to arrive undamaged. If an oversized item arrives by freight customer must inspect box for obvious shipping damage before signing. If major damage is noted then shipment should be refused. If minor damage to box is apparent then it should be noted in writing along with your signature. If product was damaged during shipping we will ship a replacement part to fix or have a warranty service person repair if possible. If product is not repairable we will arrange for you to send back damaged product paid by us or the carrier. We would send out a replacement for damaged item. All products are fully guaranteed for a specified time by the manufacturer. All merchandise is new and not refurbished.

Return policy:

All products are brand new from the manufacturer and carry a full warranty by the manufacturer.
All warranties and rebates are the sole responsibility of the manufacturer.
All Warranty will be shipped with products. Rebate forms will be shipped with product or a link provided to the manufacturer web site for download from the Bargain Pool Supplies web site. Bargain Pool Supplies does not guarantee delivery dates. We can approximate normal shipping times but due to backorder status, UPS or freight not meeting their shipping targets Bargain Pool Supplies is not responsible for this. If an order is cancelled after product has been shipped, customer will be liable for the restocking fee and shipping costs incurred. Returns of non-defective (unused and uninstalled) merchandise will be permitted. Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of invoice date. Original invoice must be returned with merchandise. Products must be returned in their original box and packaging with all contents and in resalable condition for a refund. Please e-mail us for a (RMA) return merchandise authorization number. Returned item must have an RMA number before Bargain Pool Supplies will accept it. A 15% restocking fee will be charged customer for non-defective returns. A 20% restocking fee is charged for products originating from BlueWave Products in St. Charles, IL. warehouse.
Installed merchandise is covered by the manufacturer warranty, therefore please call the manufacturer's phone numbers listed on the manual received with the merchandise for technical support prior to return. If the manufacturer recommends that you return this unit to the dealer then this information needs to be supplied to us when you receive your RGA number with the name of the manufactures tech support individual that recommended the return.
A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all refused merchandise. Your account will be credited the full amount of the returned item less any applicable charges. Customer will pay all shipping costs. It is recommended that you insure returned merchandise. Bargain Pool Supply cannot be held liable for merchandise that is lost or damaged during return shipment.
